TLucas Business Support was founded by Thanida “Tea” Lucas, a Canadian business professional with hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, administration, customer service, and small business operations. Before launching this business, Tea ran her own small operations independently — wearing every hat, managing clients and finances, and juggling long hours that eventually led to burnout.
That experience changed everything.
Tea learned firsthand how overwhelming it can be to run a business while caring for clients, managing operations, and trying to maintain personal well-being. She saw how deeply small business owners, job seekers, and busy professionals need support they can trust — not more stress.
That insight, combined with her professional background, became the foundation of TLucas Business Support.
